Return Policy

Gems by Caroline accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unworn, unused, and returned with original packaging, tags, certificates and accessories.

Items not eligible for return

Custom or personalized pieces, final-sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. Custom-order deposits become non-refundable once production begins.

Refund timing

After an eligible return is inspected, refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless an item was defective or sent in error.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please report damage, defects or an incorrect item within 3 days of delivery so we can help.
